AWESOME outlook plugin for searching!
I just came across a great outlook plugin which will periodicly index your emails in the background and it adds a search bar to outlook. When you use it to search, the results come up almost instantly and are very accurate. Definitely worth trying.
It is called Lookout, it's freeware and can be downloaded here.

Marquee Selecting a layer in Photoshop CS2
I recently upgraded to Photoshop CS2 and found that you can no longer marquee select a layer by ctrl-clicking on it. But i have found the solution: Ctrl-Click on the thumbnail next to the layer name in the layers pallette. I know that sounds really dumb but it was driving me crazy ever since i upgraded so i thought i woudl share that little tidbit. Enjoy!
